Inhouse Tannery

INHOUSE TANNERY

This is the most essential and integral part of our Garment Industry.

The company's most modern, high-tech & environment friendly tannery based in Jhajjar with the working area of 30,000 sq. yards. Additionally, we are farming in 40,000 sq. yards area with the help of our tannery's treated waste water.

This is one of very few tanneries in North India, awarded with ISO 14001:1996 for being the Most Environment friendly Tannery and ISO 9001:2000 for Quality Management.

We have our own In-house R&D Department & Laboratories to check the various quality control tests & for new development in different types of leather.

We have capacity to produce 10,000 skins per day from Raw to Finish leather.

On the basis of very strong Leather Resourcing back up in our tannery, we always have 200,000 to 300,000 skins in our stock through out the year to ensure consistent supply of leather in the event of any unforeseen problem.

We have one of the largest Effluent Treatment Plants in our tannery to clean the waste water & we use the same treated water in our farms to grow crops.
We believe in 'PETA' ideology and we also fulfill their guidelines.
